Alongside a career as a dance artist, Saffy has worked in a range of  administrative, management and producing roles within the arts sector. Her experience includes;

 

• fundraising

• project producing and management, from concept to delivery

• partnership development within a range of sectors (eg. arts, health, sport, education, community, youth services)

• writing proposals, business plans and strategies

• producing basic marketing and copy (electronic and print)

• working with artists one to one, to provide advice and guidance

 

Past roles include working with Eckhard Thiemann, Pagrav Dance, Preface Morn Dance Theatre, Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company, Shift and Sally E.Dean. Saffy was also the Dance Partnerships Development Officer at The Works Dance and Theatre Cornwall/Hall for Cornwall for four years.

Saffys current area of focus and interest is in producing cross-disciplinary projects for non-theatre contexts.
